Really good stay in a lovely location

comfortable bedlovely toiletrieshot breakfastfrayed carpet
I found the hotel offered a room with great value and several amenities (I especially enjoyed the pool). The bed ensured good rest and I noticed that the room had Elemis toiletries. The Christmas decorations added to the hotel's appeal. I appreciated the hot breakfast, cooked to order. The pastries were the best I've tasted at a hotel.
I must say that I'm a regular traveler and found that the rooms need a little attention. I saw frayed carpet and a damaged bathtub. It was certainly not a great look. It would be great with a little refresh.
Rooms
9/10
I stayed in a Manor Beautiful King Room. It offered ample space and contained a king-sized bed and a seating area. The room had a television with various channels and a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. Complimentary Wi-Fi was accessible, and the room was quiet for restful sleep.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold items like pastries (they were delicious!). The hotel also has a restaurant called The Monkey King, that serves dinner with many options. The Merlin Bar offered snack-type foods.
Service
10/10
I noticed the staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with requests (they were particularly attentive during breakfast). The hotel offered a shuttle service to move easily around all the facilities. The reception staff addressed inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

Regal Stay Next to the ICC

helpful staffreally good assistanceexpensive parking
The Manor House was conveniently located next door to the ICC. This was very useful since we had tickets to an event there. The staff members were excellent. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. My disabled friend and I received assistance. They were really good too help us.
I unloaded outside the door. This was good initially, but then I had to move the car to a paid carpark.

Great Stay at the Manor House

Asrar Yafai was helpful in sorting out my room. She was very professional and had a great smile. The resort has good motorway links, easy to get to (a big plus for me). Breakfast was superb. I especially enjoyed the variety of options available each morning.
On arrival, I was informed that a deposit was required for the room. I was not informed of this prior to arrival.
